In 2001 Diane and Bryon Gaston took a Colorado road trip where they stumbled across a small town by the name of Red Cliff. It was this town and the area that inspired Bryon and Diane to pursue more than a decade long search for the perfect piece of property.

Homestake View is located in the beautiful White River National Forest between Minturn and Leadville on Highway 24, approximately 2 miles south of Red Cliff. The 55 acre parcel of land is surrounded by forest service land. The location provides stunning views of the Homestake Valley and Mount Holy Cross. Homestake View is a short 20 minute drive to Vail for mountain biking or skiing or Leadville to relax on the beaches on Turquoise Lake. Turquoise Lake allows kayaks and boats for water sports activities.

The area also provides the opportunity for Colorado enthusiasts to explore hiking, four-wheeling, mountain biking, hunting, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, historical site exploration, camping, downhill skiing, kayaking and more.
